Privacy policy

Handwritten eBooks & Tech Academy ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Purchases: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive your payment ID, the item bought, the amount and the contact details you give Razorpay. We never see or store card, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Forms: when you join a waitlist, subscribe to our newsletter or request a campus proposal, we store the details you enter (such as name, email, phone and institution).
• Technical data: our server records IP addresses and timestamps for downloads and form submissions to prevent abuse.
• Site analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site (for example pages viewed and searches that led here). Google may set cookies for this. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Advertising measurement: we use the Meta Pixel and Snap Pixel to measure which ads lead to visits and purchases. These services may set cookies and receive information such as pages viewed and purchases made (not your payment details). You can limit ad personalisation in your Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat settings.
• On your device: your browser stores your recent download links so you can reopen them. You can clear this at any time by clearing site data.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchases and provide support.
• To reply to enquiries and send emails you asked for. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe option.
• To prevent fraud and unauthorised sharing of paid files.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the store (payment processing and hosting) or where required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing handwrittenebooks@gmail.com.

Terms of use

• All books, notes, diagrams and course materials are protected by copyright and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study.
• You may keep copies on your own devices and print copies for your own use.
• You may not share, resell, upload, or distribute the files or download links. Institutional use requires a campus licence.
• Download links are personal, time-limited and allow a limited number of downloads.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• We work hard to keep content accurate but provide it for educational purposes "as is".

Refund & cancellation policy

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, purchases cannot be cancelled once the download is available.

• Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same item, we refund the extra payment in full.
• Payment taken but no access: if money was deducted and you could not download your book, contact us with your Payment ID. We will deliver the book or refund you.
• Damaged file: if a file will not open, we replace it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, according to Razorpay and your bank's timelines.

Delivery policy

All products are digital PDFs. After a successful payment, your download page opens immediately on the website. You can reopen it at any time from "Already purchased?" on the home page using the Payment ID from your Razorpay receipt email. No physical goods are shipped.
